She didn't inherit
this path. She built it.

Moriah Sandidge started at community college and ended at Harvard. Everything in between became the foundation for this work.

Moriah Sandidge, Ed.M.

Nobody handed her
a roadmap. So she made one.

Growing up, Moriah Sandidge knew she was capable. What she didn't have was the blueprint. No one in her family had navigated this before. Nobody explained FAFSA deadlines, how to approach recommenders, or what a strong personal statement actually does. She figured most of it out herself — and she shouldn't have had to.

She started at Community College of Philadelphia, graduated with a 4.0, and transferred to Wellesley College on a full scholarship — a school that had once felt completely out of reach. From there, she earned her Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education with a 4.0 GPA.

Every piece of advice she gives is grounded in that journey. The College Dream Lab exists so that no student has to figure this out alone — and no family has to navigate it without someone truly in their corner.

Why this work
actually matters.

College advising at its best isn't just strategy — it's someone who believes in your student before they fully believe in themselves. That's what drives every session here.

I've been in your student's seat

Moriah didn't advise from a textbook. She navigated the same transfers, scholarship applications, financial aid forms, and imposter syndrome your student may be facing right now. That lived experience changes how she listens, what she notices, and what she knows to say at the right moment.

Your story is your strongest application

Whether your student is first-generation, a transfer student, or facing barriers others don't see — their story isn't a liability. It's exactly what makes their application compelling. The work is finding the narrative that resonates and telling it with honesty and confidence.

A plan that actually holds

Applying to college is a long process with a thousand moving parts. We build a clear, personalized roadmap and stay accountable to it — deadlines, drafts, portals, letters of recommendation. Nothing falls through the cracks because we track all of it together.

No question is too basic

If your family is navigating this for the first time, you don't know what you don't know — and that's completely okay. Every meeting is a space to ask anything, understand everything, and leave more confident than you came in. That's not a bonus feature. That's the whole point.

Your student deserves an
